Plumber tech Bruce was super nice and very informative . Answered all our septic tank questions as we had no prior knowledge about it. Highly recommend legend plumbing as we will use them for all plumbing needs and ask for Bruce if he’s available.

Words simply cannot express the superior customer service we’ve received the last couple days while our septic system was being repaired. This is the second time we’ve used Legend and both times were superior. A shout out to the four employees who treated us so well... my phone contact John who I assume is the boss, Jesse and Michael who were in the trenches and kept at it until all repairs were resolved, and Bruce the pumper operator whose dry sense of humor was infectious. These guys were very professional and super-nice. I set up an appointment request online and within an hour I was contacted. They were able to send a truck out immediately and were able to clear our septic system out and write up an order to install risers. All in all it took about 4 hours from when I made the request to when the order was completed. I would totally recommend these guys and intend to be a lifelong customer.

Excellent customer service! JT and Hector pumped out the tank. Very porfessional & polite not just to me but to each other. Days later two other Legend employess completed the restoration of the lateral lines and installed the risers/lids. Good employees I will use them again and recommend Legend Plumbing.
